Rental Notes
- Rental rates are based on an occupancy of 4 persons.A further charge of £84 per person per week will apply for each additional person ( up to a maximum of 9 persons).
- For parties less than 4, we have a special couples rate - Please Call.
- Children under 2 years of age stay as guests of Ocaso, and are therefore free of any charges.
- A Cot & High Chair are provided by 'Ocaso', at no extra cost. Cot Linen is not provided, (in case of allergies).
- Bath & Hand Towels are changed twice weekly and Bed Linen changed weekly. - Beach Towels are not normally provided, however we do offer a beach towel hire service - hotel quality, freshly laundered sunbed/beach towels are available at a cost of 10 euros for two per week. (For guests staying for two weeks or more,freshly laundered replacements are supplied for each week of your stay).
- Bookings are normally based on Thursday to Thursday durations, however other arrival and departure days can be arranged subject to availability. - Please Contact Us.
- Arrival & Departure Times - Please note that our management need time to prepare the villa in readiness for your arrival, after the previous guests have departed. The normal takeover time for new arrivals is 3.00pm, and we ask guests to vacate the villa on the day of departure by 10.00am. These times can be changed by prior arrangement with the owners or the villa management, subject to the status of the previous and following weeks guests occupation and flight times.
- The pool is solar heated all year round and is included in the prices shown. During the summer months, the water temperature will be comfortable for swimming, however during what can be the cooler months, November to end March, we would recommend the electric heating system is switched on, to guarantee a 27/28C pool temperature at all times, this service, if required, is available at an additional cost of £50 per week, and can be switched on at any time during the year.
- Wi-Fi Internet access is available at the villa. This service is available at a one off additional rental charge of £25 per week.
- A booking Condition is that you forward by fax, email or post, a copy of your Holiday Insurance for the complete party.
- A deposit of £200 per week is payable on confirmation of your booking. The balance is payable in full, 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
- Rates can be subject to change - existing bookings will be honoured at the pre-increase price.
- Discounts are available for last minute bookings, if your departure date is within 2 weeks and we have availability - Please Call.
We would respectfully request that guests do not smoke inside the Villa ( ashtrays are provided for all outdoor areas ). The Villa & Terraces are thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and the Swimming Pool is professionally maintained and cleaned twice weekly. A welcome pack comprising of Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Bottled Water, Dish Cloths and Washing up liquid is provided with Ocaso's compliments.
